2.tips to intall: First,Using the two supplied short bolts to attach the valve compressor tool to the head. Second, putting the retainer cap on   the spring. Last, tightening the long bolt and remove the retainer cap to remove the spring.
3.This tool can be used with the head on the block.
4.No need to remove the rocker arm shafts
